Women’s size 7½ vintage circa 1970s sterling silver turquoise ring weighing 8 grams total, including the stone. Features traditional Navajo design elements and an old pawn style. A rounded, domed turquoise cabochon displays vivid blue-green coloring with contrasting dark matrix. Twisted silver rope wire surrounds the bezel, framed by a deeply recessed shadowbox border with decorative stamped accents along the upper and lower edges. The raised outer rim contrasts beautifully with the darkened recesses, emphasizing the layered silverwork and bold Southwestern appearance. Unsigned and without a sterling stamp; the silver has been tested and confirmed as sterling. Navajo attribution is based on the design; the maker and tribal origin have not been independently verified. Old pawn style describes its appearance, not documented pawn history. The turquoise’s treatment status and mine origin are unknown. Preowned with pronounced patina, tarnish, and surface wear consistent with age and use.
