RARE OLD VINTAGE CAST TIFFANY STYLE GRIPS FOR COLT CIVIL WAR REVOLVERS – UNFINISHED. Offered for your consideration, a rare set of unfinished cast grips for a Colt single action revolver that feature a very detailed Civil War motif. The grips appear to be cast brass or bronze like the Antique Tiffany Civil War motif grips of yesteryear that are occasionally installed on Colt 1860 Army, 1861 Navy and Colt SAA models. The back of the grip has a blank inscription oval and a relief Union shield and standing arms motif. The sides of the grip are decorated with relief Civil War battle panel scenes with American flags. The grips have a separate detailed relief Eagle motif butt cap. These grips are designed to replace the grip backstrap on your revolver. Rare grips are in very good unfinished condition as shown and will require extensive finishing and fitting to your revolver. Screws are not included.
