This is such an amazing mirror. This mirror was tucked away, never likely to surface again until now. We were lucky enough to have a family member come forward whose grandfather was the original ironworker for the Malibu tile company. This is such an amazing thing for these items to surface and in such good condition. I don’t see any damage cracks or breaks the only thing I do see some mild streaking in the mirror due to the age. I think that’s probably the best part is its age. The vibrant colors and glaze technique are unique to the Malibu company style. We have seen in the past where people have taken Malibu tiles and made a mirror out of them but it is very very rare for an original vintage mirror with original Malibu tiles and original iron too.
