Here is a 1980’s Light Up Sign From Old Style Beer. This is a rare Spanish version. It says Su Cerveza Favorite! Then it pictures a beautiful outdoors scene of a giant waterfall flowing down into the lake or river. Sign lights up real nice and has lots of colorful scenery. This sign has a switch on back for on / off. This sign lights up with no motion. What great sign for a man cave rec room! I see no cracks or damage. Sign measures 18″ x 13″ and 4 thick. Claycraft Batchelder Catalina Style Antique Old Spanish California Tile

Rare five piece tile scene made by claycraft tile co. It’s very rare for a scene like this to surface this is the first time we have ever seen this. Now ready cleaned and available for sale. These tiles came out of an old Spanish style home from the early 1900s these tiles were in the wall out in the courtyard. Fortunately the client is redoing the entire design of his home and no longer have need for such a beautiful tiles as this. I have only seen one of these tile surface and it is the tile on the far left. The other four I have never seen. The subject matter is simply amazing The houses on the tiles almost look like castles but after looking closer they look as though they are old missions with the tile roof. The center tile has a small garden area at the bottom with what appears to be an additional castle. I try to include all details and photos. Tiles are in overall good condition I didn’t notice one or two small nicks on the corners/edges but nothing major I did not notice any breaks or repairs. There is some slight roughness to the surface of the tiles but overall they are absolutely amazing so much better in person. Craycraft the company had a tendency to go back after the tiles were set and touch up with chalk that was a surface added color all of the other colors were baked in with the glaze. I’m not sure if that’s what they had done here but it looks possible a very light blue was added to the sky of the center tiles but I’m not sure I cannot tell I don’t know enough about the tiles but it looks as though nothing is coming off that it baked. Either way this is very rare for this to surface and absolutely amazing how these tiles are truly capture an era. 28″x8″ total w/o grout lines. The top of the trim has been split from what looks like to gain access to the inside of the trunk. I do still have both original pieces of wood for the top with the decorative metal bands included in pics. I did not know a lot about this trunk but I do know that it was salvaged out of the basement up in the Brentwood area and I knew it was something special because it was wrapped in two. Old rugs when I went to ask about the rugs we seen the. We do architectural salvage and rarely are we ever lucky enough to come across something this great!!! VINTAGE NEWCOMB MACKLIN PICTURE FRAME Spanish / Old Master Style. 34 1/2 by 34 1/2 inches overall. The molding is 4 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. The sight molding opening is approx. 26 by 26 inches. The rabbet opening on the back is approx. 26 3/4 by 26 3/4 inches. Solid substantial frame in good tight condition. 1940s or so + or minus. No label but it has the typical Newcomb Macklin gussets in the back corners. Metal leaf over deep carving. Some minor dings to surface but no chips or missing pieces. Nice old original surface. Good condition with some normal wear in places. Please examine photos carefully. I welcome all serious offers. Old Bar Spanish Monterey Style furniture Old vintage Mexico

This is such an amazing piece I absolutely love when items like this surface. It has two hand carved figures on the front along with a beautiful spindled wood accent in the middle and topped with a strip of beautiful hand-painted images. It appears to all be original to me but I cannot tell if the paint has been touched up through the years either way it is simply amazing. The front features A foot rail that runs along the front and left side of the bar. The back still has the original antique ice box units with shelves on the side and the top of the bar with what appears to be an original Copper counter top. I can honestly say I have never seen a bar like this. It Has almost a Monterey vibe to it. I was unable to find any markings or makers. The bar is an overall really good condition and has been very well-kept. This truly is a gem and is very rare The bar is self measures approximately 72 inches long by 20 inches wide and about 47 1/2 tall and the foot rails run approximately 8 inches out from the bar. Old Arched Spanish Revival Window Spanish Mission Style Vintage Tudor Window

42″x12″ this is a Spanish style arched window. This window came out of a Spanish revival Spanish tudor style home. Was really neat how they incorporated the arch and arc throughout the house. These windows came out of the guest bathroom downstairs and was the first door on the right when you walked into the house. These amazing windows were on both sides to sync an allowed light in and were functioning windows. The window appears to be an overall good condition I did notice some slight separating on the bottoms due to weathering but nothing major I did not notice any breaks or repairs.
