The eyes are painted on the decoy. There are some surface scratches in places (see pics) but is in overall good shape. Keel and rigging ring on underside of decoy. Approximate measurements: 15 1/4″ from tip of bill to end of tail and is 6″ width (back). Weight – 1 lb, 13oz. 15 1/4 – Tip of bill to end tip of tail. 6 – Width of body. Sterling silver pierced (post) earrings with tear-drop shaped turquoise stone and asymmetrical stamped side. They are approximately 1 7/8″ x 3/4″ at their longest and widest points and 20 grams. It really doesnt get much better than this stunner. Antique 18k yellow gold Tiffany style six prong setting featuring a gorgeous old European cut round diamond. 75 carats, I color, VS2 clarity. For those who like an old world, hand cut diamond, this is it. It has a beautiful shape; not too big, not too small. The cut features a high crown and small table, open culet, and wide hand cut facets. Its made to perform in natural light and candlelight. In fact, it was probably cut under candlelight, before electric lighting! Just watch the rainbow fire that modern laser cut diamonds cant compete with. The setting has six prongs to elevate the stone just enough to be able to stack with other bands perfectly. The band is approx 1.5mm wide, giving it a modern feel while emphasizing the beautiful basket & stone. Joseph Kohn was a jeweler at the turn of the century. Size 5.5 (sizable).
