Vintage Number 8 Turquoise Silver Bracelet Cuff Old Pawn Style

A large open work bracelet with two large pieces of Number 8 Turquoise. It is flanked with dot trim and two large silver balls. The open work bracelet has a triple shank cuff with a twisted rope middle. The Number 8 Turquoise mine has not been closed for a number of years. Number 8 Turquoise is rare and highly coveted today. The face of the cuff is 2 1/8″ X 1 5/8″. The cuff measures 5 1/4″ not including the 1 3/8″ gap at the back. It weighs 70 grams. It is not signed or stamped as most vintage pieces are not but tests positive for silver. Vintage Old Pawn Style Native American Navajo XL Turquoise Silver Concho Belt. This is an absolutely sensational authentic Navajo handcrafted Turquoise concho belt! This is a copy of an award winning concho belt that was featured in the 1975 March issue of the Arizona Highways magazine! This spectacular concho belt was handcrafted out of durable nickel silver and embellished with top grade cabs of Sleeping Beauty turquoise. Each of the nine large conchos were hand cut with scalloped edges and hand stamped with traditional Southwestern designs. Smaller cabs of turquoise were set in a ring around the edges to accent the exquisite hand stamped designs! The belt buckle is a work of art by itself! Hand cut and hand stamped with intricate designs and accented with a ring of turquoise. The conchos measure approx 3 inches long x 2 1/2 inches wide and are backed with genuine leather for more durability. The belt buckle measures 3 1/4 x 4 inches. The buckle and conchos were given an antique satin finish for an old pawn look. Comes on a genuine 48 inch black leather belt. The conchos have copper sliders to adjust for a more custom fit. The bracelet consists of a wide silver band which tapers at the terminals. The silver band is decorated with applied stamped silver cactus blossoms stamped half round wire and three large free form intense blue turquoise cabochons.
