Old Vintage Western USA Black Beauty Boulder Colo Knife Hatchet Axe F39 Style. Very nice all original Black Beauty Western Axe. This one is marked Western Cutlery Co, Boulder, Colorado, USA. It still has the original sticker on the bottom of handle. Surprising this thing still has the factory edge and no signs of ever cutting anything. Looks like the hammer part on the back was used to hit something as there is one ding in it. The nail pulled shoes no signs of use either. The original factory sheath is still intact with no breaks. Looks to me as if this one set in a vehicle most its life as the coating wear on head is from the sheath, not use and the wear across the ace and sheath are most likely from being bounced around riding in a vehicle.
