I did a bit of a restoration on this piece of Americana. Painted the actual tin ashtrays and tobacco tin. Rubbed entire thing with fine steel wool. It had a type of electric plug in lighter, that seemed beyond repair. The heating element was burt out, and the power cord was in terrible shape. However, I will include with ashtray. Modified the heavy glass lighter into a little light. Nothing permanent, just a circle of plywood with a hole, siliconed into place. Secure, but easily removed. The light is one of those strings of small LEDs for stuffing in a wine bottle with a fake little Cork with a switch. I don’t know, kinda thought it would look good and be useful in a darker Smoking room…….
