Farm House Harvest Table. Nice old original farm house table made out of pine. Its 12 feet long by 31 inches wide and it 30.5 inches high. Its marked on the bottom Maple Grove Campground. This is an absolutely sensational vintage pawn style handcrafted silver and natural turquoise concho belt by local artisan Lucky. This spectacular concho belt features nine large conchos and a belt buckle made of nickel silver for more durability and tarnish resistance. Each piece was hand stamped with traditional Southwestern designs and accented with a genuine Sleeping Beauty turquoise cab in the center. A ring of small hand cut cabs of turquoise surrounding the center and scalloped edging adds more fabulous details! D&M Tile Batchelder Malibu Catalina Style Era Rare 9-1/4 Antique Old Vintage

This is such an absolutely amazing tile. Measuring in at a grand 9 1/4″ x 9 1/4″ this is the first time we have ever seen this particular tile surface. This is made by DNM tile company. It came out of a Spanish style home and was in the wall in the courtyard area. Unfortunately the owners are redesigning the home and feel no need for the original elements. This is very rare for TNM to do a tile like this with such an amazing subject matter to it. It truly does capture early California. Not sure what my favorite part is about this tile I believe it is the size I have never seen a tile this size with the subject matter to be made by TNM this is absolutely amazing. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a tile like this. The only time we have ever seen another tile like this was in the Glendale post office and they were similar not like this one. This Tile is a perfect addition to any collector and would be a great addition to any Spanish style home or design and architectural elements. It’s Tyler peers to be in really good condition considering it’s age and where it was located I did not notice any breaks or repairs I did notice four or five small little kids on the surface and a rough spot by the top of the cactus but overall to me it looks as though that was how to tile was made and possibly bubbles during the glaze. Try to include all detail in pics. But honestly I truthfully feel that this tile speaks for itself. Front door Old Antique Vintage Gothic Spanish Style 36 Inch

This really is a great door with old gothic hardware and door bands. The door measures in at an approximate 76 inches tall by 36 inches wide. This door came off of an Estate in Hollywood Hills that was a 1926 Spanish style home and all that was saved was the door. It needs to be restored but would truly be ever so worth it. There is some damage to the bottom of the door and it appears that the door bands should run the length of the door because the end panel appears to be separating at the bottom. All could be fixed in a proper restoration. The handle and lock cover have amazing Spanish detail and are very rare. It does appear that they switched out the screws to out the years. On the face of it. All items are salvaged by Eric’s Architectural Salvage. Locate us at 1540 W. Old Antique Vintage Claycraft Tile Mural Catalina Batchelder Malibu style

This is an absolutely incredible tile Mural made by claycraft tile Company. This mural is from the late 1920s early 30s. It features a beautiful parrot basking in a bouquet of flowers. It is extremely rare for claycraft to make tiles using such bright colors and such a high gloss glaze as this. This Miral would be absolutely amazing as a tile fountain or even featured as a mural in a beautiful courtyard. The old vintage tiles are becoming harder and harder to come by let alone in a mural like this. The tiles almost have a three dimensional raised detailed effect to them. There are 50 4 x 4 tiles making up the Mural and 57 border tiles. The tiles are in overall good condition considering their age. I did notice some minor chips and next to the edges most likely from the original grout lines. I also noticed some of the border tiles are in different thickness. Tried to capture all detail in Photos mural measures 39 x 19 1/2 and with border 40-1/4 by 23 1/4. Vintage Antique Old Malibu Tile 1920S Mirror Batchelder Catalina Style

This is such an amazing mirror. This mirror was tucked away, never likely to surface again until now. We were lucky enough to have a family member come forward whose grandfather was the original ironworker for the Malibu tile company. This is such an amazing thing for these items to surface and in such good condition. I don’t see any damage cracks or breaks the only thing I do see some mild streaking in the mirror due to the age. I think that’s probably the best part is its age. The vibrant colors and glaze technique are unique to the Malibu company style. We have seen in the past where people have taken Malibu tiles and made a mirror out of them but it is very very rare for an original vintage mirror with original Malibu tiles and original iron too. The mirror measures in at a grande 16-1/2″ x 32″. All items are salvaged by Eric’s Architectural Salvage located at 1540 W. Los Angeles, CA 90017.
