Sign is in good overall excellent condition. Lighting works and cord is in good shape. No chips or breaks anywhere, but does have a mark in the upper right portion of the stained glass and has a bit of dirt and dust but nothing tough to clean. No original box with this sign. The sign is in acceptable condition. There is a fair bit of damage and chips (see photos). A previous owner painted a few spots with white paint causing a few noticeable spots. The piece is in solid shape physically and is holding together well. The damage does not affect the legibility of the text and it all can be read properly without strain.
