IT INCLUDES THE DECK PLATE AND SPRING AND LATCH PLATES AS WELL AS THE VERTICAL PLATE AND PIN, CARRIAGE BOLT AND HORIZONTAL HINGE PIN. THE ASSEMBLY HAS PATINA BUT IS IN GOOD CONDITION. ALL PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL ITEM. THESE ITEMS ARE BECOMING VERY HARD TO FIND, ESPECIALLY IN GOOD CONDITION. If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact me. Here we have a very hard to find Heilemans Old Style Beer Sign. The sign measures 24″ x 20″ x 3. The sailboat is made of plastic, and the green background is made of a soft cloth. Sign is surrounded by a wooden frame. It has a working light up on top which has 2 sockets that will accept Christmas style lights. The plastic is in excellent condition. The nautical sailing theme is also very popular these days.
