This antique light fixture accommodates two regular light bulbs, and looks best when using clear LEDs. Light bulbs are not included though. I will include the 4 inch extender which screws into the ceiling bracket, in case your ceilings are taller and you want that extra length. That extender can be seen in the last picture, number 12. Additionally on each one of the 36 gold points around the perimeter of the light fixture there are the tiny holes that can accommodate hanging crystals if you so desire.
