Pelikan R400 Rollerball – Green striated – Old Style. Green striated body with black cap. 140 X 13 mm. FP: Pelikan – W-Germany. The pen is in mint condition. Hardly used at all. This is the original 1980’s edition, the first rollerball manufactured by Pelikan. Recognizable with the “W-Germany” origin as well as the lack of a golden ring near the roller tip. Note also the grey color Pelikan emlblem on the cap (to distinguish the roller from the fountain pen). This was specific to the early models. The grey color is almost gone but still visible.
