Excellent condition. Exceptionally clean. Professionally set up with a bone nut. Plays well up and down the neck. Repaired partial crack in the headstock. Has been stable for over 20 years (see pic).. Great tone and volume.

Complete F style mandolin that play and intonates well. Its solid and does not need a set up. Its old yes, how old no clue. Solid Hard Rock Flamed Maple backs, split book matched. I did two neck resets to get it right. Had to realign the neck nut to the Tail Piece. Therefore there are 3 extra holes small screws back under the tail piece mount. It has a ebony pin. I know it was made in PA probably in the fifty’s. There are people who like bound F holes. This mandolin basically needs a cosmetic tune up. Polish, paint if you wish. Other wise its need nothing more. Grain of the back is super tight and has Tiger Claw marks. Comes with original hand made case. Condition as you see it. It strings up nicely and does not break in half under the torque of eight strings. In other words it has a suitable neck. Its a little rough around the edges and some of the lacquer and binding needs help. Or play as is.
