Vintage Old Original California Adobe Home Framed Wall Ready Watercolor Painting

Up for sale is this very beautiful and original watercolor painting of California Adobe style home or house. Just a marvelous painting that kind of speaks for itself. The colors and style are just beautiful. It is signed Ann Leinbarg, or something like that. I could not come up with anything closer. The painting itself measures about 16″ wide × 12″ tall. It is framed and matted out to 22″ wide x 16″ tall and is ready to hang on the wall. I found this in a storage unit. I hope someone can use it. Thank you for looking.
