Vintage old Urea Formaldehyde and metal buttons necklace – Bakelite style. The dangles are hand made buttons, made in Urea Formaldehyde and metal. Urea is an European synthetic material, discovered at the end of the 19th century and used In France, Austria, Czechoslovakia at the beginning of the 20th century, especially for buttons and buckles. The last photo shows the back of the dangles. Sizes: chain length 19″, dangles between 7/8″ and 1-1/4. Conditions: very good vintage pre-owned condition.
